Etna and Piedmont at Peasant

On Wednesday, October 28, Peasant sets one dinner around three winemakers: Ciro Biondi of Azienda Agricola Biondi on Etna, Cristiano Garella of Colombera & Garella, and Achille Boroli of Boroli in Piedmont.
