Hot yoga at 105 degrees, taught by people who have spent decades on the mat. ID is the largest independent hot yoga studio in New York, and NoMad is its home on Fifth Avenue.

ID Hot Yoga was founded by Kelly Isaac and Tricia Donegan, formerly of Fierce Grace NYC. Classes are not locked to one sequence; instructors adapt them to the room, and there are strength and slower formats alongside the signature class.

The NoMad studio is on the second floor of 284 Fifth Avenue, with the entrance on 30th Street. There are showers and lockers, and sister studios on the Lower East Side, in FiDi and Harlem, and in East Hampton.
